Terms and Conditions of Use and Service
1. Company identification
BUDECO360, LLC, referred to as “BUDECO360,” the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our,” provides business and administrative services.
BUDECO360 provides business, administrative, management, assistance, support and other related services within the scope of its activities.
Email: sales@budeco360.com
Location: Orlando, FL, USA.
Website: https://budeco360.com
BUDECO360 is a private company. We are not a government agency and do not act on behalf of a public authority, except where expressly authorized to carry out a particular matter on a Client’s behalf.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, use of and the purchase of services offered by BUDECO360 through its website, platforms, forms, electronic communications or other enabled channels.
By purchasing a service and accepting these Terms through the designated mechanism, the Client acknowledges having had an opportunity to read them and agrees to be bound by them and by the specific conditions applicable to the service purchased.
Browsing the website, requesting information, using informational tools or requesting a quotation does not, by itself, constitute the purchase of a service.
3. Capacity to enter into a contract
Services may be purchased only by individuals aged 18 or older who have sufficient legal capacity.
A person contracting on behalf of a company, organization, business or third party represents that they have sufficient authority to do so and to provide the necessary instructions and information.
BUDECO360 may reasonably request information or documents to verify identity, capacity, representation or authority when necessary to provide the service or comply with a legal obligation.
4. Nature and offering of services and methods of contracting
BUDECO360 offers business, administrative, management, assistance, support, coordination, processing and other services related to its activities.
Services may be offered individually, in packages, under plans or through other commercial arrangements whose features may vary depending on the nature of the service.
Services may be purchased directly online or through an individually arranged engagement.
Direct online purchases. When a service, package or plan is available for direct purchase through BUDECO360’s website or enabled platform, the description, scope, features, price, disclosed additional charges, exclusions and other specific conditions shown to the Client during checkout form part of the contract.
Individually arranged engagements. When a service requires a tailored scope, BUDECO360 may provide a quotation, offer, service order or other document or electronic record setting out its specific conditions.
In either case, the specific conditions presented to and accepted by the Client supplement these Terms. Services, packages, features and prices may change for future purchases without altering the terms of an existing contract, unless the parties agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
BUDECO360 is required to provide only the services and deliverables included in the conditions applicable to the engagement purchased.
5. Formation and confirmation of the contract
The contract is formed when the Client completes BUDECO360’s designated purchase or contracting process, accepts the applicable conditions and, where applicable, makes the required payment.
For direct online purchases, the contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the applicable policies, the description and specific conditions of the service, package or plan shown during checkout, and the electronic transaction record or confirmation.
For individually arranged engagements, the expressly accepted quotation, offer, service order or other specific conditions also form part of the contract.
Electronic acceptance and records relating to the contract have the effects recognized by applicable law.
In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and a specific condition expressly applicable to the service purchased, mandatory law prevails, followed by the specific condition accepted by the Client with respect to the matter it specifically governs.
6. Professional limitations
Unless a particular service is expressly provided by a professional duly licensed or authorized to provide it, BUDECO360’s services are business, administrative, informational, operational or management services.
BUDECO360 does not hold itself out as a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, immigration adviser, financial adviser, insurance company or government authority.
General information, templates, guides, tools, content and materials supplied by BUDECO360 do not replace individualized advice from licensed or authorized professionals where required. When circumstances require regulated professional services, BUDECO360 may facilitate access to or coordinate the involvement of a duly licensed or authorized professional, subject to availability, acceptance of the engagement and applicable law. Before that professional is engaged, the Client will be informed of the professional’s identity, role, scope, fee and conditions. The Client must accept and pay the agreed fee. If the Client does not engage that professional, the Client must independently obtain the appropriate advice from a duly licensed or authorized professional. Such coordination does not authorize BUDECO360 to perform activities reserved to regulated professionals or create a professional relationship with a third party without that party’s acceptance.
7. Client obligations
The Client agrees to:
- provide truthful, complete, accurate and current information;
- have authority to provide information relating to businesses or third parties where necessary;
- review and confirm information and documents requiring the Client’s approval;
- respond promptly to requests necessary to perform the service;
- keep contact information current;
- provide the authorizations required for actions that need them;
- not request unlawful, fraudulent or misleading actions;
- make agreed payments on time;
- meet the agreed dates and deadlines for providing information, approving documents and carrying out procedures, as well as deadlines and requirements imposed by government bodies or other competent third parties; and
- comply with the Client’s own legal obligations.
The Client is responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, false, incomplete or late information supplied by the Client, without prejudice to BUDECO360’s legal responsibility for its own actions.
8. Commencement and performance
The service begins upon receipt and actual clearance of the payment for an accepted engagement. A card authorization, attempted payment or pending payment does not, by itself, constitute cleared payment. BUDECO360 will confirm receipt through the enabled channels.
Performance of specific actions is subject to receipt of the Client’s necessary information, instructions and authorizations. Commencement of the service does not mean that all actions have been completed or that all fees have been earned. Deductions upon cancellation will be calculated according to work actually performed and costs that were authorized, disclosed and incurred. Automatically opening a file or sending an acknowledgment does not justify retaining all amounts paid.
9. Timing and external dependencies
Timeframes may depend on actions by the Client, public authorities, financial institutions, suppliers, professionals or other third parties. Where BUDECO360 does not control those timeframes, dates provided are estimates unless a different commitment is expressly made.
BUDECO360 will make reasonable efforts to keep the Client informed of material issues affecting performance of the service through any enabled client access platforms or available communication channels.
10. Third parties and authorities
Certain services may require actions involving government bodies, financial institutions, suppliers, professionals, platforms or other independent third parties. BUDECO360 may manage, coordinate or assist with those actions when included in the service purchased, but does not control the third parties’ decisions.
BUDECO360 does not guarantee any approval, authorization, registration, license, tax benefit, financial, immigration, administrative or business outcome, or any other decision dependent on a third party, except for an express commitment that may lawfully be made.
An adverse decision or delay attributable to a third party does not, by itself, constitute a breach by BUDECO360 where it has properly performed the service purchased. A final denial of an application for reasons beyond BUDECO360’s control does not entitle the Client to a refund of fees for work properly and actually performed where the contracted service is handling the application and it was prepared and submitted in the required manner and within the applicable deadlines. This rule does not permit retention of unearned amounts, unremitted official fees or recovered amounts that must be returned, or exclude mandatory rights or remedies for a breach attributable to BUDECO360.
11. Prices and payments and official and external charges
Before entering into the contract, the Client will be informed of the currency, total price or, where it cannot be fixed in advance, the calculation method and its limits or stages, together with the items included and excluded. BUDECO360 will separately disclose its fees, applicable taxes, government charges and third-party costs where applicable. An amount that omits known mandatory charges will not be presented as the final price. A service without a defined price requires an accepted quotation before payment is collected.
No work or charges outside the accepted scope will be added without first disclosing the purpose and amount or calculation method and obtaining express authorization. If an official charge changes before remittance, the difference will be disclosed and instructions requested before collecting it or submitting the filing. Amounts intended for authorities or third parties will be identified and accounted for according to the service and applicable law.
Amounts the Client specifically provides for taxes, government fees, duties or other official filing charges are funds intended for the relevant authorities or recipients. They are not BUDECO360’s professional or service fees, compensation or profit margin. Fees for preparing, managing or handling those matters will be identified separately. Any additional handling expense or third-party charge requires prior disclosure and acceptance. Unused or recovered amounts will be accounted for and returned where appropriate.
12. Authorizations
Payment for a service does not, by itself, provide unlimited authority to act, make declarations or sign on the Client’s behalf. Where an action requires specific approval, a declaration, signature, power of attorney or other authorization, BUDECO360 may require it before proceeding.
13. Electronic communications and contracting
The Client agrees that communications relating to the contract and performance of services may be made electronically using the contact details and channels supplied or enabled.
Electronic acceptance through the enabled mechanisms may be used to establish acceptance of the relevant conditions in accordance with applicable law.
14. Suspension or termination
BUDECO360 may reasonably suspend or terminate performance where essential information is missing, payments are overdue, required authorizations are not provided, there are reasonable indications of fraud or illegality, continued performance could violate a legal obligation, the Client materially breaches the contract or continued performance becomes materially impossible.
Where reasonably possible, the Client will be informed of the circumstances and given an opportunity to remedy them. Termination does not affect BUDECO360’s right to payment for work actually performed and costs legitimately incurred.
Where appropriate, the Client will be informed of the status of the work, provided with the Client’s deliverables and documents, and given an accounting under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Suspension does not permit charging for work not performed or withholding amounts legally due.
15. Correction of errors
Where an error is determined to be directly attributable to BUDECO360’s performance of the contracted service, BUDECO360 will take the appropriate corrective action or repeat the affected work without an additional charge for the defective action. Where correction is impossible or insufficient, the applicable contractual and legal remedies will apply, including any refund due. This does not eliminate any right or remedy legally available to the Client.
Where a refund of amounts paid to a public body or third party in connection with the service may properly be requested, BUDECO360 will undertake the reasonable steps included in the contracted scope and, where those steps correct an error directly attributable to BUDECO360, will not charge additional fees for that corrective request. The Client will supply the necessary authorizations and documents. If the action requires a licensed or authorized professional, the professional limitations clause applies. BUDECO360 will report the status of the request and account for recovered amounts belonging to the Client. Requesting a refund does not guarantee that the authority or third party will grant it and does not replace the remedies available against BUDECO360 for its own breach.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BUDECO360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond its control or independent decisions of third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUDECO360’s aggregate contractual liability for a service is limited to the fees actually paid to BUDECO360 for the service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, repayment of amounts due or liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not reduce legal privacy or security obligations. The Client is not required to indemnify BUDECO360 for unlawful conduct attributable to BUDECO360.
The Client may not use BUDECO360’s name, trademarks, image, logos, social media profiles or communications without authorization to impersonate it, claim to represent it, imply nonexistent affiliations or endorsements, collect payments, issue documents, make offers or associate BUDECO360 with unauthorized activities. The Client is responsible for unlawful actions or misuse attributable to the Client. BUDECO360 does not assume obligations undertaken by the Client in its name without valid authority, except where liability is imposed by law.
BUDECO360 may demand that unlawful conduct cease and unlawful content be removed, request action by platforms and pursue appropriate trademark protection, correction or compensation remedies. To the extent permitted by law, the Client will indemnify direct losses, reasonable defense costs and amounts payable arising from third-party claims caused by the Client’s impersonation, unlawful trademark use or unauthorized claim of representation, in proportion to the responsibility attributable to the Client. BUDECO360 will notify the Client of the claim, allow reasonable participation in the defense and will not impose settlements creating obligations for the Client without the Client’s consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld. This provision does not cover BUDECO360’s own unlawful conduct or fault or limit nonwaivable rights. It does not prohibit honest opinions, lawful reviews, good-faith complaints, reports to authorities or the legitimate exercise of rights.
The Client must not use social media, mass media, public media or other channels to impersonate BUDECO360, distribute altered documents attributed to the Company, unlawfully disclose confidential information or publish materially false factual statements where the legal requirements for liability are met. The Client must not represent that a judgment, conviction, sanction or official decision exists when it does not, or present allegations as judicially established when they have not been so determined. When discussing a dispute, the Client must distinguish allegations, experiences or opinions from an authority’s ruling. BUDECO360 may seek corrections, removal of unlawful content and compensation for proven harm through legally available procedures. These rules do not require a prior judgment before publishing honest opinions, lawful reviews, truthful experiences, good-faith complaints, reports or legally protected communications, and do not impose penalties for exercising those rights.
17. Force majeure
BUDECO360 is not liable for delays or temporary inability to perform caused by events reasonably beyond its control. It will make reasonable efforts to mitigate their effects and resume performance when possible. This provision does not authorize retention of amounts that must legally be returned.
18. Intellectual property
Trademarks, trade names, designs, text, methods, materials, content, tools and other intellectual property belonging to BUDECO360 remain the property of BUDECO360 or their respective owners. Purchasing a service does not transfer those rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client retains the applicable rights in information and documents owned by the Client and grants BUDECO360 the authorization necessary to use them to perform the service purchased.
19. Privacy and personal data
BUDECO360 will process information received in connection with its services in accordance with its Privacy and Data Processing Policy, applicable law and its relevant obligations.
20. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to sales@budeco360.com. The Client must provide enough information to identify the service, explain the issue and state the remedy requested. This mechanism does not prevent the exercise of legally available rights or actions or suspend applicable legal deadlines.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
BUDECO360 conducts its activities subject to applicable United States and Florida law.
To the extent legally permitted, these Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship between BUDECO360 and the Client are governed by and construed under applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Florida, without prejudice to mandatory rules of another jurisdiction that may legally apply.
Unless applicable law requires a different jurisdiction or venue, disputes relating to these Terms or BUDECO360’s services will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, United States.
Nothing in this clause excludes rights, protections, laws or jurisdictions whose application cannot validly be excluded by agreement.
22. Changes
BUDECO360 may update these Terms for future purchases, stating the date and version. An update does not unilaterally alter the scope, price, rights or conditions of an existing contract; the accepted version remains applicable unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate and require renewed acceptance if they affect an existing engagement.
23. Severability
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24. Entire agreement
The agreement between BUDECO360 and the Client consists of these Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions applicable to the engagement purchased.
For a direct online purchase, the description, scope, features, price and other specific conditions of the service, package or plan presented during checkout form part of the agreement.
For individually arranged engagements, the corresponding offer, quotation, service order or other expressly accepted document or record may form part of the agreement.
BUDECO360 policies applicable to the engagement supplement these conditions in their respective subject areas.
25. Electronic acceptance
Before entering into the contract, the Client will have access to these Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the specific conditions of the order in a form that can be consulted and retained. Contractual acceptance will be expressed through a specific affirmative action that is not preselected, or an equivalent clearly identified mechanism. Merely accessing the website or making an isolated payment without notice and acceptance does not replace that mechanism.
The acceptance statement will have wording equivalent to: “I accept the Terms and Conditions of Service, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the specific conditions of the order, and acknowledge having had access to the Privacy Policy.” This does not authorize advertising or optional uses of data. Subject to security and data minimization measures, records will be retained of the document and offer versions, the contracting party’s identity or reference, the affirmative action, date and transaction reference. The Client will receive a confirmation that can be retained.
26. Term and continuity of services
Where a service has a fixed term, periodic obligations or continuing performance, its specific conditions will state the start date, expiry date, deliverables, cooperation requirements, cancellation rules and, where applicable, renewal terms. No renewal or future charge is presumed from the initial purchase. Any automatic arrangement requires clear information and express authorization in accordance with law. Unless validly agreed, continuation requires renewed acceptance. Necessary steps for ending or replacing a continuing service and their consequences will be disclosed without restricting the Client’s legal rights.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Policy generally applies to BUDECO360 services unless a specific condition applicable to a service lawfully establishes different terms.
2. Cancellation requests
The Client may request cancellation by emailing sales@budeco360.com and providing sufficient information to identify the Client, service and transaction. Full credit or debit card numbers must not be sent by email.
Ordinary cancellation at the Client’s discretion may be requested within five business days following receipt of cleared payment. The period begins on the business day after payment clears; Saturdays, Sundays and official Florida holidays are excluded. This is a contractual period established by BUDECO360, subject to applicable mandatory rights. It does not guarantee a full refund or allow completed actions or valid filings already made with third parties to be undone. The period allows the Company to organize support, assign staff and resources, review documents and begin the administrative work, professional coordination and technology services included in the engagement. Reserving resources or starting the service does not, by itself, mean that all fees have been earned; deductions and exceptions are governed by this Policy and applicable law.
After that period, service fees will not be refunded for ordinary cancellation or a simple change of mind by the Client, without prejudice to validly accepted specific conditions, any applicable termination of continuing services and mandatory rights. The five-business-day period does not restrict claims for breach, improper charges, fraud or errors attributable to BUDECO360, or statutory cancellation, withdrawal or restitution rights. If a law requires a different period, notice, form or consequence, that law prevails and the corresponding specific notice will be provided. Receipt of payment or commencement of the service does not waive those rights.
3. No actions performed
Even where the service has begun upon receipt of cleared payment, if no actions have been performed and there are no third-party payments or nonrecoverable costs that were legitimately authorized and disclosed, the amounts paid will be refunded where cancellation is available under this Policy, the specific conditions or applicable law. A request starts the processing of a refund; it does not make a refund that is due discretionary.
4. Actions performed
Where cancellation is available under this Policy, the specific conditions or applicable law and actions have been performed, BUDECO360 will retain only the amount corresponding to work actually performed and costs legitimately authorized and incurred. It will provide a written breakdown and valuation method based on what was accepted before the contract, and return the applicable unearned balance. Merely opening an automated file does not justify retaining all fees, and generic penalties that were not disclosed or are unlawful will not be applied.
5. Completed services
Fees for services fully and properly performed are nonrefundable unless applicable law or a valid contractual condition provides otherwise.
6. Government charges and third parties
Authorized fees, duties or amounts actually remitted to authorities or third parties and that cannot be recovered are not refundable by BUDECO360, except where BUDECO360 is itself responsible or the law requires a refund. Supporting evidence of the expense and its nonrecoverability will be provided where appropriate. Unremitted or recovered amounts relating to the cancelled service will be returned where due, without deducting again amounts already included in the work performed.
7. Third-party decisions
A final denial, rejection, delay or adverse outcome decided by an authority, financial institution, supplier or other third party for reasons beyond BUDECO360’s control does not entitle the Client to a refund of fees for work properly and actually performed, where that work is the contracted service and the applicable form and deadlines were met. Unearned, unremitted or recovered amounts will be returned where due. This rule does not restrict the Client’s rights arising from an error or breach attributable to BUDECO360 or rights that are mandatory by law.
8. Incorrect or duplicate charges
Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected or refunded.
9. Refund method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If that is technically impossible or legally inappropriate, a lawful and verifiable alternative will be agreed without requiring store credit or a general release of claims. The time for funds to appear also depends on the payment processor and financial institution.
BUDECO360 will acknowledge receipt within five business days and communicate a reasoned decision within fifteen business days after receiving the necessary supporting information. Missing information will be requested without unjustified delay and status information will be provided. Any stricter mandatory legal deadlines prevail; these response periods do not postpone a refund that is legally due.
10. Legal rights
Nothing in this Policy eliminates or reduces cancellation, refund, restitution or complaint rights that are mandatory under applicable law.
Privacy and Data Processing Policy
1. Responsible entity
BUDECO360, LLC is responsible for information collected directly in connection with its services where it legally acts in that capacity. Contact: sales@budeco360.com. Location: Orlando, FL, USA. - communications with BUDECO360;
- technical and security records; and
Additional categories will be requested only where necessary for a disclosed purpose and an authorized matter or legal obligation. Data disproportionate to the service will not be collected.
3. Processing purposes
Information may be used to:
- respond to requests and identify the Client;
- prepare quotations and manage online purchases;
- enter into, perform and follow up on services;
- communicate with the Client and process transactions;

4. Third-party information
Where the Client provides information about members, managers, representatives, employees, beneficial owners or other individuals, the Client must have the necessary authority or legal basis to provide it where required by law. The Client must not provide third-party personal information unnecessary for the service.
5. Providers and disclosure of information
BUDECO360 may use technology providers, payment processors, communications, storage and hosting platforms, professionals or other providers necessary for its operations. We may supply them with information reasonably necessary to carry out their functions. We may also disclose information to authorities or other entities where necessary to carry out an authorized matter, comply with a legal obligation, respond to a legally valid request, prevent fraud or protect rights.
The relevant channel notices will identify providers or relevant categories and their roles where disclosure is required. Authorization to perform a service does not authorize publishing or selling information or using it for advertising unrelated to that purpose. Material changes in use or recipients require notice and the authorization or rights required by law before they are activated.
6. Payment information
Full card details and security codes must be entered only in the secure environment of the enabled payment processor. BUDECO360 does not request them through general forms, email, chat or WhatsApp. Identity documents or other sensitive identifiers necessary for a service will be requested through the designated secure channel, together with information about their purpose. Order information, references and transaction status may be processed for reconciliation, support and legal obligations.
7. Security
BUDECO360 will adopt reasonable administrative, organizational and technical measures to protect information under its control against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident occurs, BUDECO360 will act in accordance with applicable investigation, response and notification obligations.
8. Retention
Information will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and protect or exercise rights. It may subsequently be deleted, anonymized or retained where a legitimate reason or legal obligation requires retention.
Retention criteria will be documented by category and purpose, with restricted access and secure deletion or anonymization once the need ends, unless legal obligations or justified preservation for a claim apply. A legitimate reason does not authorize indefinite retention without review.
9. Marketing communications
Purchasing, requesting information or using a resource does not constitute general marketing authorization. As a BUDECO360 policy, promotional communications require a separate, optional choice that is not preselected and is not a condition of receiving a service. Each promotional communication will identify the sender and offer a clear opt-out method, which will be honored within legal deadlines. Communications necessary to perform a service or address security, transactions or legal obligations will be distinguished from advertising. Applicable channel and jurisdictional notices and requirements must also be met.
10. Personal information requests
Personal information requests may be sent to sales@budeco360.com. BUDECO360 may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity and authority. Rights, exceptions, procedures and deadlines are those established by the law applicable to each case.
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or opting out of particular processing, as well as remedies or appeals. BUDECO360 will explain exceptions, reasons for a denial and applicable avenues of recourse without imposing disproportionate identity verification requirements. The application of each law will be determined according to its scope, the activities, affected individuals and applicable thresholds.
11. International processing and transfers
Technology services used by BUDECO360 may involve processing or storage of information in the United States or other jurisdictions. BUDECO360 will adopt the measures required for that processing or those transfers where legally necessary.
12. Minors
BUDECO360 services are intended for adults and business activities and are not intentionally directed to individuals under 18.
13. Updates
This Policy may be updated to reflect legal, technological or operational changes. The date of the current version will appear at the beginning of the document.
